First Line Self Defence Christchurch, New Zealand, was formed to teach women quality, realistic, self defence methods in surroundings conductive to accelerated learning. We focus on developing your self confidence and awareness while at the same time putting some fun into what is otherwise viewed as an unpleasant subject. By completing one of our courses, you will become more confident, gain empowerment, be able to assess and avoid conflict and develop an awareness of danger, all from instructors with over 30 years experience!
